Bed is made from 25 Grade Cast lron of 400 BHN hardened, strictly inspected with Microlevel, Hardness Tester and Straight Edge. Boring of Head Stock is done on WMW boring machine fitted with induction hardened and ground Spindle made from alloy steel. Apron is totally enclosed oil bath system with lever type arrangement for automatic feeds. HEAD STOCK is totally enclosed oil bath system & gear made from EN-9 Hardened Tail Stock with hardened and ground tail stock Spindle made from alloy steel having external and internal grinding.
